I'm using IE7 and I have a 50/50 chance of getting knocked off the site after I try to create a poll and post it. I then have to log back into the site.

Also, I seem to have 2 things that or continuously trying to load for me when I'm in the general forum area. My browser is always waiting for 2 things that never seem to load. I can't tell what they are, I'm just going by what my browser says.

I use IE7 as well, and this has rarely happened to me. However, sometimes it does load nonexistant things. It didn't happen quite as much after I cleared my Website history, though I'm not sure if you'd be willing to try it or not. It worked for me, but maybe I just got lucky or something?

What OS are you using? I see this from time to time on Vista/IE7. I've run into problems with Vista IE7 on other sites that had no trouble under XP.

I bet 10$ you have google web accelerator installed....

Yes! if not GWA do you have any other application that enables prefetching? Its very often the cause. Even fasterfox (which is pretty good most of the time) can do it.

I do not have one installed and I have the problem as well.

I would look for something on your system that is enabling prefetching.

Consider running a copy of firefox to rule your browser out.
