Well when I went to that page it displayed 20 posts so it would make sense to just multiply 20 (posts per page) by the pages, And go to the last page (if you really want to get specific) and see how many posts are on that page and adjust your calculated total accordingly.

Double post: Just remember to look at the last page before finalizing the amount of posts. It's unlikely that the last page will have exactly 20 posts.
