Here is a rant about why i like hurricanes and dislike tropical storms. You don't need to read this in fact it would probably save you 2 mins of your time.

So anyone watching the news lately has seen something about this tropical storm fay, which i will refer to as gay from now on, hitting the keys then "slamming" into florida. **** YOU MEDIA. It hasn't slammed into anything. This is the weakest tropical storm I have seen so far and it pisses me off they are closing my college for it as well as EVERY ****ing THING IN TOWN. The media is hyping it up making it sound bad which is just ridiculous because they should be trying to help. Instead they have effectivly made me so bored I am now posting the longest post I have ever written.

I live in Melbourne which is located in Brevard County, Florida. The path of the storm goes right over us and then supposedly once it gets out in the atlantic it will strengthen into a hurricane, turn around, and hit us again. I have no problem with this it would be a legitimate reason to close everything then and for everyone to panic.

However in its current state this is seriously a joke. Hurricanes are fun because 70% of the time you evacuate and drive somewhere to a hotel further inland. Then I can enjoy myself at the hotel in lobby flirting with girls and doing other things if i get lucky. Currently I am sitting at home doing nothing some of my friends are at the other college in town because that college is smart and doesnt give a flying **** about a rainstorm on steroids.

Yep so this storm is moving 5 mph towards my town and should be gone by 8 am tomorrow lucky me. I just hopes if it comes back for me its going to be worth my time not chicken **** again.

Im off to go run around in the rain or something this is just so boring. If you actually read this wow i feel bad for you.

our friends in arcadia had 65 mile winds and their fence blew away, that seems serious to me

If that blew their fence away then they didnt have it installed well.

The winds are supposedly 65 mph thats the media saying it though. Outside where i am which is in the middle of this **** wind is MAYBE 35mph

Even so, I'm glad the only thing in Canada we have to worry about is power outages from lightning in both rain and snow storms (yes there is sometimes lightning and thunder in blizzards but rarely) and also in the winter because of ice, and in the summer, tornados.
But rather tornados then a hurricane or Trop Storm.

Err no Tornadoes = worse than tropical storm...

Although hurricanes and tropical storms spawn tornados..

And here we go....

As i stated this is a big piss storm, this is my house.










Here is my friends house hes not so lucky...
